After having spent many months at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in Hague researching for her book They would never hurt a fly, Slavenka Drakulić commented on the recent suicide of Bosnian Croat military commander Slobodan Praljak. He drank cyanide in the courtroom after he was declared a war criminal.
